Cold Weather Package/Block Heater

I tried searching, but came up with nothing. I was wondering what all is in the cold-weather package, and also if it's possible to add an engine block heater to a '99SE ? I've seen some threads for 5th gens about the block heater but saw nothing for 4th gens... thanks in advance

Cold Weather Pkg ('95-'97) / Deluxe Seating pkg. ('98-'99)
- Heated Front Seats
- Heated Outside Mirrors
- Low Washer Fluid light (there is a search on here on how to activate this light if your max doesn't have this pkg.)
- Side impact airbags ('98 on)

As for the engine block heater that is an accessory, you can get that thru your dealer or from Courtesy's website

come to think of it, I could use an engine block heater here in Michigan, it does tend to get downright cold during the winter months
