They are '97-'99 SE replicas for $100/ea on ebay. The color looks funky but it may just be the lighting. Other than that they look identical to the factory wheels.

You're right about the identical part.

As for the color, it looks like just like that special titanium color they put on the 99 SE Limiteds wheels.

At any given time there are around 3 sets of those for sale on ebay around that price, and it never gets much more expensive than that. If you think it's a good deal, go for it.
