How can i Fit 97-99 Red Clear Taillights on my 95?

How can i Fit 97-99 Red Clear Taillights on my 95?
I'm sick and tired of my boring stock taillights, if i could find 95-96 taillights i would get them, but since 97-99 are way easy to get, i'd rather convert my back end to 97-99...with that in mind, what do i need to make my back look like a 97-99, new trunk lid? rear bumper? please help me out on this.

You cant - 97s+ are TOTALLY different.
You can switch them w/ each other and turn them upside down though, I've seen it done.
ORRR you get a new trunk and new taillights to make it look '97+
