HELP, NO BLINKERS, CHECKED FUSES, DANNY MARTIN!!!

HELP ME, here is what happened. I was rewiring my corner lights. I did it wrong the first time and fixed it and now they work fine but when i did it wrong i blew a fuse. I replaced the one that blew and checked just about every other one in the car.

1. My blinkers do not work.
2. They work if i hit the hazard light button.
3. I have a blinker accelrator and i put the stock one back in just in case.
4. Checked all fuse i know of.
5. All other lights in car work fine, side markers, fogs, lows, corners, highs, interior.

HELP ME, what could it be, let me know of anything i can try

My manual is for the '99 Maxima. I'm not sure if your '95 is wired the same way.

In the '99 car, fuse #14 (7.5 amps) is for the turn signals. If you are not sure that fuse is good, check it with an ohmmeter or swap it with any other 7.5 amp fuse in the fuse block.

I already tried that, i swapped it out and nothing.

Troubleshooting guide

I found a good troubleshooting guide in the manual.

Symptom: Turn signal lamps do not operate but hazard warning lamps operate.

1) Check 7.5 amp fuse (#14). Turn ignition switch ON and verify +12v at terminal 2 of hazard switch.

2) Check hazard switch.

3) Check turn signal switch.

4) Check harness between combination flasher unit terminal 3 and turn signal switch terminal 1 for open circuit.

Listen to this, i'm going to work and i decide i'll just check to see if they work and they did. No problems, didn't touch anything, weird. Oh well, i'm happy. Thanks for all you help though Dan. I'm sure you'll hear from me next time i break something

I see that you have a gold key hole.. was that installed by the factory or did you do it?

my father

the car was my mother's before i got it and my father had it done. It was only 130 for the letters, keyholes, and nissan emblem on the wheels, he knew the guy though. It's been over 5 years now and i'm looking to have it redone, it's a little faded. i'll give you his info if my dad can find it.
