Wiiierd Noise!!

hi, i hav a 99 maxima GLE, and my enigine makes a wierd rattling noise when in the first stages of acceleration, it sounds like the muffler, wat can the problem be??

this is a specific as ges, there is a rattlin soung frm the muffler i guess
