Maxima in accident...how much for repairs?

on the second picture...my bumper is cracked, it's not only scratches

the damage does not look that bad at all. You need a new fender and possibly a new bumper. go to certifit nad you can probably grt thaem both for under $80 the painting will cost around $150 - $250 depending on where you go
didnt you just get the car?
Riches autobody in Merced probably charge you a couple hundred to repair and paint the bumper. doesnt look cracked so they might just fill in the smashed area with some bumper repair compound and sand it down smooth.
