I have a 96 SE and my gas (trip) indicator is stuck on 9 miles.The tenth of a mile keeps turning bit it stays on 9 miles.I have reset it but have not drove over 9 miles yet.Has anyone had this problem before and if so what did you do.Thnaks

someone had this exact same problem, except it also stopped on not only the trip meter, but the regular mileage meter. It also stopped on 9, people were calling this a feature hahaha. Anyways umm I tried searching for it, but had no luck finding it, it was just a week or two ago; try searching a little harder than I did and maybe you'll find it or maybe someone will link the post or something.

Mine did it a few times thousands of miles ago (I have a 95). I just jiggled the lever and its been good ever since... I'm not much help,huh?

Why not just drive nine miles and find out for sure?

I've never had that problem, but my normal odometer is sort stuck between the 4 and 5 on the 10,000's place. I guess I'll have to wait until 50,000 miles to see if it fixes itself.
