OK, I did this blinker rewire , and now when I turn on my parking lights, niether the parking lights or corners turn on. When I have full headlights on, the only lights on are the headlights. When I put the turn signal on, the corner light and blinker blink in sync, and the corner next to the headlight illuminates to its full brightness. I also blew a fuse, but not a big deal, i ttok it out of the taillight one, and i will get a new one tomorrow. PLEASE someone help me!! I need my side markers and corner lights on....

 

Is it because I used a tap instead of just splicing the wire from the side marker into the (+) of the blinker?

 

If you know basics of electricity, reading your description and looking at the link you provided, you can tell already where you went wrong. Just sit down in front of your wiring job and you'll see.

 

Should I have tapped not tapped the green wire, and tapped the black wire? b/c it looks like that is what i should have done...

 

I'll give you a hint, check your tap.
