Anyone using reverse indiglow gauges with the stock clear/white needles.
Does it look ok in the day, ie. can you see the needle.
Anyone try painting the needles to look like the SE model?

 

You can paint the sides of the needles red or black for better visibility. Just dont paint the top or the back of them.

 

What about that clear/transparent model paint?

 

I have reverse indglos. I actually used a sharpie and made all the needles all black- they dont light up at night, but the conrtast between the gauge color and the black needle is plenty enough. I want to see if I can get it off though and make them red.
