custom taillight help
Also......
When you search for the directions on how to make them, be sure to also make the inner tails match the outer tails (if you are applying to the 97-99's, if not, disregard this post). I hate seeing people with their outer clears not matching the stock clears.

Try these:

MaximaDriver.com has an excellent how2 section. Good luck.

What material did u use to make the outer clear lense piece to match the reverse light PERFECTLY. The acrylic sheet that just about everyone uses is the closest match. It is 100% perfect though. But it doesn't seem to bother anyone.

If you have a 95/96 Maxima, check out SINYMAXSE's site. He explains how to paint the clear tail lights. http://ourworld-top.cs.com/jubeyblue/id37.htm

I just left them all 4 cleared with no phosphorescent florescent light cover. Looking back, I should have left the lower outter red reflectors. It looks rather silly with a red 194 bulb in there that shines pink at night. Maybe if I'm bored one day I will redo them and use the phosphorescent covers.
