LSD question

How can I tell if my car has LSD?

look at the tranny code that is stamped on the firewall in the engine bay. It will be on a metal plate on the passanger side. If it ends in a V then you have LSD, if it ends in an A then you don't. I am 99% sure you don't since no 4th gen US spec maximas came with LSD.

thanks dude. I guess I don't have LSD, but is it normal to leave the burn out marks for both front wheels at the same exact time they start and the time it ends?
I just thought the non-LSD vehicles would only put the power to one wheel instead of both. Like my old Nissan truck it would only leave a mark on the drivers side

If the ground is even and the traction is the same on both wheels, then yea, its possible to leave two tire marks even without LSD.

impossible unless you put an infiti i30T trnny in there or if your maxima is from Canada.
