For those 97-99 owners that want to change the color of their dash lights
Hey guys,
for those of you who would like to change the dash lights in their 97-99 max's and do not want to dremel the gauges. I found a site that sells #74 color bulbs. Here it is, http://autolumination.com/194_marker.html

thats not the right size, they are too small, these go for the key ring, the ones in the gauge are bigger, but are smaller that the 194's
#194 v. #74
They will fit. I have already have them in my dash. The are a bit smaller but will hold in the litte twist plastic terminals.

The brightness is ok. It looks just like the stock bulbs. The only difference is a the color. I do feel that 194 bulbs will be brighter, but this saves the people that do not want to cut into the electrical components of their gauges. I think it is a good alternative for us 97-99's
hmm there seems to be lots of confusion on the number they use
94-97 use #194
98-99 use #74
I just did this to my 97
