RPMS dropping

RPMS dropping
Whenever I shift into neutral and let off the clutch, my RPM will drop down to around 300 and then will creap back up to 600-700. Basicly everytime I put the clutch in from a gear, and let the RPMs drop back, they drop all the way to 300.
Anyone ever experience this?
