weather stripping advice needed

my '95 GLE is a lot noisier than it used to be when i got it in February. A lot more wind noise while on the freeway, and looking at the weather stripping it seems to be coming partially unglued in a few areas. The wind noise is very annoying and it seems to be a problem that can be fixed cheaply so i want to fix it myself. however, should i buy weather stripping and replace the old one or re-glue what's already there? where do i buy weather stripping and how much is it, and what kind of glue do i use. i need general advice on wind noise reduction, please.

Is it the weather stripping or the moulding? As far as I know I dont think weather stripping is glued on. Mouldings however, like around the windows, some are screwed in and some are glued. To glue it just buy some Window Weld and apply a 1/8" max bead
