Limited Slip?

How can I tell if my 1995 GLE has limited slip?
Did all GLE's have limited slip?

Thanks.

no they don't from what I remember. I think only 2002 and up 6 speed had it. But if you wonna make sure go thru the coner really slow rev it up and dump the clutch, if only one wheel is spining like crazy then no limited slip for you buddy.

no 4th gen US maxima has limited slip. If one does then the car is from canada, had an I30 tranny installed or had an aftermarket LSD installed.

Limited slip will help to make both front wheels pull instead of just one. Better grip in other words.

This is how to determine if you have a LSD transaxle. If this number ends in a V its LSD, if it ends in an A its an open differential. The ending is the same for the manual and auto ie A or V.
This pic is from my 97SE Auto (Cdn) which got burned.
