Exhaust Question, opinions wanted

Hey I just got my maxima, I will be getting a full exhaust soon. I am for sure getting a Warpspeed Y-Pipe and some sort of cat bypass/test pipe from warpspeed or custommaxima

Should I get the OBX Catback from ebay or not???
--Cheap $175 Thats what I like about it

If you have heard the OBX Catback please tell me how it sounds!!!
You can simply say good or bad if you want to.

If you think I shouldn't get the OBX what should I do?

Thanks!!!
