WOW --- Night and Day!!!

Ok, my car has been lowered for couple months now with the Intrax springs. My struts/shocks started going bad after the first month. My back end would bounce up and down while hitting bumps and potholes. It also shifted left and right. I finally got the money for new struts, so I ordered KYB GR-2's with KYB dust boots. Just installed them and the ride feels awesome. Completely different. The stock back struts were completely shot. I finally know why everyone says it's a night and day difference. By the way, thanks everyone for helping me with the dust boot situation.

let us know how long those gr2's last you. I heard it's usually about 6 months with a decent drop

Intrax.....hehe I just took them off for the winter. I put AGX's in the rear, stock struts in the front, and stock springs all around. The AGX's (on 4) and stock springs in the rear work (handle/ride) so much better than the Intrax ever could, obviously. I have one strut that started to leak, oh boy do I want Illuminas. You know the rear never bounced, but it would bottom out...actually the whole suspension would (no thanks to stock dampeners). IMO the SE dampeners held up well to such a low drop. I think the GR-2 should last more than 6 months...well i hope so.

BTW i get the ossolation from the RSB now.

I found them cheapest at www.sparkplugs.com. You have to order SB103 (2) for the fronts, and SB108 (2) for the backs. They aren't made for the Maxima but fit perfect. They do have bumpstops attached to them. Pretty sure they'd fit all struts for Maxima.
