Question for those who have installed the quaife.

I have two questions. The first is : What is the best way to get the old differential bearing races out? Should I press in the new races or is there a way to tap in the new ones? I don't want to damage them.

The second is: In the FSM it lists various shim sizes vs dial indicator readings. For example .0201-.0217 use shim .xxxx + .xxxx. Does the plus mean I should use both of the shims listed? Basically am I supposed to order two shims for the differential bearing preload or one?

Your help is greatly appreciated!
