Windshield Washer Fluid Idiot Light

I have read the FAQ but does not mention anything about configuring the low level warning idiot light on the dash for the windshied washer fluid. As many of you may know all maximas are equipped with the idiot light but only select models (cold & convenience package) contains the actual connector and sensor to emit the light when the fluid is low. I have a basic GXE but would love to have this feature. Where can i get the equipment to install the sensor and other wiring and how do I install it.

Any help is much appreciated

I called courtesy Nissan, and there is a sensor for $21.15 that plugs into the bottom of the fluid resevior. The harness and wiring is already there, just the sensor is missing, does anyone know where the harness is to plug in the sensor and how the sensor connects to the "JUG"

I just saw this done with pics and a very nice write-up. Maybe it was in the FAQs? Someone who can search might be able to find it for you.

The write up makes it look very easy too. I'll probably do it sometime to my Max.

The write up shows this. There is a circle outline on the bottom of the jug, and you have to cut it out and fit the sensor into the bottom of the jug. In the write up, the writer also sealed it with silicone for extra security.
