Thanks for the info. So the only difference is that there is an extra hole on the 99 B-pipe as compare to that of the 96. The key thing now is where is the 4th O2 sensor located in the 96 fed spec B-pipe??
I would have thought that the Cali spec exhaust have more sensors than thatof the Fed spec B one!!

i'm sorry, when i replied your question i guess i was in a hurry.
fed spec has 3 O2 sensors
cali spec has 4 OS sensors
therefore your 96 fed spec only has 3 O2 sensors.
