When I go to start my Maxima On the cold mornings in Colorado my power steering is jittery, makes a awful squeel and is very hard to turn. Checked fluid levels and everytbhing is ok there. tryed to bleed the system bye turning the wheel as instructed by the manual. Didn't work...... What should I do next?? Should I try to bleed the system one more time? Is there a way to drain the system and refill the fluid with out the danger of the high pressure fluid? i have a '98 GXE with 74,000 miles
