General bounciness.

Ok so I have had my AGX/ Progess/ Addco suspension set up now for about a year. It is becomming excessively bouncy, or hoppy at slow speeds. I was wondering if this is accentuated by the rear sway bar, or if it is just because I don't have any real suspension travel to speak of? It is starting to annoy me and I am imbarrased when I take people for rides and my ride is so ****e! Any one have these same frusterations, and possible solutions.
Thanx,

what are you shocks set at.. on my soft maxspeed springs i noticed that if i turn the shock up too high, i rebound alot and look like a dumped civic on blown stock springs.. try adjusting the shock according to the stiffness of the spring.. for progress 2, or 3 would prolly be best for the front.

if not then ur shocks may be blown. progress srprng arnt that stiff, agx should have no trouble keeping them from osciallating or rebounding if set correctly.

-also keep in mind that higher settings make the car a lil extra stiff at low speeds, but are nice and firm for med/high speeds..

-setings too low give you better street driveability but can feel mushy if your going 80 plus and decide to change lanes real fast.

Cool, yeah I have them set at 2 in the front and 3 or 4 in the back I don't remember. Whenever I turn them any lower than that they bottom out all the time.
