Cleaning out fogs, plus my fogs went out

Someone posted the same question in a previous post like 4pgs down, but no one answered. About a 2months ago, we had heavy rain, and flooding, unfortunately for me, I got water in them, they were working for a long time, then one day one went out, and the other one worked, and for a while it would flicker on and stay on, but then it just shut off, and then the other.......I took off the fogs, and got all the water out, but and looked at the bulbs, everythign seemed good, I check the all the fuses in the car, and the ones under the hood, still good.

So now what can I do?
What should I do?
Plus now my fogs have a dingy brown color on the bottom half and its full of water droplets, how the hell do I clean them out to look SPARKLY clean?

What can I do to get my fogs working again? The switch works...

Try using the clear tail mod method: http://www.brianv.net/mods/taillights
Use A heat gun and try to take the lense apart, im sure all it would need is a good cleaning. Then reseal with additional glue/silicone.
