What's up all, I have been checking out this forum for about one seven months, but this is my first post. I have done some maintanance on my car using instructions on this site (change plugs,old change, fuel filter ( that was a bi??h).

Now my question, I have a check engine light which when I extract the code it give me the code for knock sensor. I had to go for inspection
so I reset the CEL. My question is this, when I turn the screw, I never get to a stop as the instructions says. This almost got me into an accident, because the car stalled on traffic on Route 3 (New jersey) , and there was a car approching at fast speed and I could'nt move. The guy managed to stop, and I was able to start my car and move to the side whereby I tightened up the CEL screw but again did'nt get to a stop.
Does the CEL screw came to a stop, and after about how many turns.
