My Maxima Modding project for 2004

Ok, well this is what i want to add on to my car this upcoming year:
My car is a automatic White 95 SE w/ 140,000 miles.

My future mods are:

ENGINE:

Full Tune Up (the works, tranny flush, oil change, spark plugs, etc.....)
Y-pipes (Warpspeed, in next week)
B-pipes (custom made)
UDP (which brand do you recommend?)
ECU upgrade (which brand do you recommend?)
VB Mod (MobilTek)
Intake (Injen)
Tranny Cooler (which brand do you recommend?)

What gains should I be looking at getting from this setup?? I recently hit 16.1 in my stock auto. (only mod cone intake, and exhaust) can I possibly hit 14.5?

Exterior:

OEM Fogs (original dont work anymore.. )
Grill (GrillTek? are they any good? any other suggestions?)
17" or 18" Rims (any suggestions?)
Paint Altezza's
Tint (titanuim, what percent should I get?)
Lowering Springs: (which brand do you recommend?)
Shocks: (which brand do you recommend?)

2005 Mod list:
Standard Converstion

Well what do guys think?? Yes I'm asking for your opinions, so good or bad feedback is cool.Take in mind that I might go with what you suggest. Thanks alot............

dont waist your money on the VB mod or the ECU if you plan to convert to a 5-speed in 05

I can also add that many people including the dealership don't think its a good idea to flush the tranny fluid if you have never done it before.
