I have a stock exhaust, everytime the road gets bumpy. I hear a annoying rattling noise..I have inspected my muffler and everything seems intact..It seems as though something banging on something and creating this rattling noise.

 

Grab your exhaust tip and try to wiggle the exhaust back and forth. If you can recreate the noise, good. Inspect all the rubber hangers to see if any of them are broken or rotting.

Replace/repair/reinforce as required.

this sounds like a great reason to buy a new exhaust....they make excellent xmass presents...

 

i think i have the same problem bc my car does the same thing
