Here's a question for you ecu know it all

My question is simple. Can anyone tell me for what year and model this ecu is for a18-e65-ez7. The reason I'm asking is because I did a 5 speed conversion on a my 96 maxima and I want to know if this ecu is for an auto or a manual 96. Thanks for all your help in advance.

You won't be able to get an answer from any of those numbers from an ECU. You won't be able to get that information. You can only get it from the VIN number of the car that you pulled the ECU from.

I know, trust me, I went to the dealership with numbers off of ECUs from ebay. They told me that they can only find the model and type of transmission from the VIN number of the car. Sorry but I think it's impossible to find where the ECU is from if you don't know the VIN number of the car.
