I have a '95 max gle with new 120a alternor and 1100 cca battery. My alt whines cuz it cant the load and my starter gets harder and harder to turn over after using my subs for a while. Is there someting hooked up wrong because my 92 xplorer powered the same system fine. I see all these huge systems would beat mine in a flash, and their maximas dont seem to have probs (my friends 89 for example). I cant figure it out and need other maxima enthusiests input. thanks alot and happy new year. LONG LIVE THE MAXIMA!!

What size amp do you have, and what gauge wires are you using. Also in my experience amp whine is usually caused by one of two things, a poor ground, or if your power wire is running with your rca cables.
