A simple bottle of Goo-Gone and a hair dryer or Heat gun.
Do NOT use Goof-Off, that is totally different than Goo-Gone. Do not use any blade. And if using a heat gun, do NOT get too close as it will bubble the paint.
Goo-Gone can be purchased at any local parts automotive store.
