Harsh shifting w/Auto transmission

Recently replaced spark plugs,air/fuel filter, pcv valve on 98 max. Now the tranny shifts with a jolt between each gear. What could I have done that would cause this. I did remove a couple vacuum lines and a connector or 2 to gain access but reconnected everything. Any thoughts????

Have your transmission flushed, and refilled with new fluid

Seems too coincidental that this occured after I tuned and not before. I am due for tranny fluid replacement which I will do anyway

It is possible that now since the tune up is fresh that the trans is relearning its shifts.....give it a tankfull of time and see how it is on your next fill up......
