Need help with hurt 98 max

I have some questions... I haven't been here in awhile.

I have a 1998 SE, it has 120k miles on it now and I still owe over 7k on it

Anyway... my car has been in several accidents. Over a year ago the rear and front of the car hit a gaurdrail which caused the majority of the damage, I had the panels hammered out and sprayed with primer (which now has faded a gray) then this summer a friend was driving it and rear ended someone so my grill is missing and my hood is crumpled in the front slightly...

I am not sure what to do... I love the car, it drives great, the interior is in good condition... I would like to get a new car in a few months but I still owe so much on this car that isn't even worth what I owe. I've taken it to body shops in Dallas but the labor is expensive.

So what are my options? I wanted to get the parts I needed (new tail and front lights (passenger side) and the hood and front side panels from a junk yard and then find a place that can work on the car for a reasonable price and maybe offer more flexible payment options, rather then all at once.

I would appreciate any suggestions, with the prices I see maximas going for in the same year, in good condition, it makes me wonder if I should do anything at all... but pay it off and get rid of it.

Get a bodykit for a change and a new grill. Everything else is left for a body shop.
