Anyone have a clue why i'm gettin 7 volts?

Ok this is really weird but its a small problem that is annoying me more and more. On my door lights, my passenger is fine i got out and measured it at 11 volts and it lights up the bulb fine. Then i pop over to the driver's side because it isn't lighting up and I measure it and i'm only gettin 7 volts... ??? It won't light up the 194 bulb... idk what the hells going on?? Anyone have a clue? All my power doors/power windows controls work btw.

Easy, you have a corroded connexion or a bad ground in the circuit.
