High Idle

My car is idling at around 850-900 in D, how do I fix this, it feels like I am having to brake more than usual as well. I tightened the throttle cable a couple months ago but don't think it causes the gas to be on, I loosened it a bit just to make sure. I have replaced the PCV valve and fuel filter recently as well as an oil change. Any ideas?

I seem to have lost my service manual, where exactly is the IAC valve?

Thanks for your help.

The IAc valve is attached to the trhottle body, on the firewall side. You cant miss it. The screw is clearly visible.
