Ripped off... sparkplugs.com/ngk.com

I tried to place an order for an o2 sensor a couple weeks ago, and it never went all the way through. The order form said to call them and get a final shipping cost. I tried to call, and their number wouldn't work. I emailed, and they wouldn't respond. So I sent a couple of cancellation emails and got the part from oxygensensors.com. They didn't respond to those either. Until today, two weeks from the time I ordered the part. Saying that they couldn't cancel before the part was shipped. WTF?! What, two weeks isn't enough time for them to cancel an order? It's obvious that the *******s are trying to screw me. I bet if I try to return it, they won't answer me at all. DON'T BUY FROM SPARKPLUGS.COM.

Anyone know if there's any kind of action I can take? Damn, I'm a poor student with tuition due on the fifth. I can't afford this crap. Last week, since they didn't respond with a cancellation confirmation, I was going to go to my bank and tell them to stop payment if they try to charge me. But I was lazy and figured it was a bigger company and they wouldn't screw me. Now I'm stuck with this useless sensor. If I even get it. They didn't even give me the UPS tracking number. If there's no other option, I hope I can sell it on the org.

sorry to hear man. it was also a poor decision on your part as well. should have gotten that tuition out of the way man. Banks would normally charge you 35 bucks to stop payment on a check. Just try to ebay it or throw it in buy/sell/trade forum. good luck

I know...I had enough money before, but the extra hundred bucks I just got charged makes it so I can't pay tuition without borrowing money from friends or parents. I hate borrowing money. Mooching off people who actually decent enough to let me have it. Telling them I'll pay them back as soon as I can sell the part. Don't know when, but I'll pay them back someday. I'd paid off my car by myself, my education by myself, my housing and food. Now I got to beg my parents for cash. It's sick. If I'd only gotten it paid sooner, there wouldn't have been enough money left for them to charge my account.
