Door dented last night :(

My neighbor hit me last night on my driver side door. Now there is a sizeable dent on it, but it's bad enough that the window doesn't open all the way.
I have emerald black 96 SE. There is now a dent on the door.
Her brother is a body shop owner, and he will fix it for free. What are the chances he will get the paint to match?
What are some things to watch out for to make sure he does it right? I am still pretty upset, but I am glad she came forward, because I wouldn't know who hit it otherwise. Those damn old people with their american cars

About three weeks ago someone keyed my car, leaving a 5-foot long scratch from the driver side fender to the front door. I have it fixed but the color is just not matched perfectly. Mine is Pebble Beige Metallic and the metallic color is just difficult to match no matter how the shop tried to blend it. It's even worse when it's under the mercury street light. Unless you paint the entire car otherwise it will never be the same...
