Pulling Left Hard

I have a problem that’s irking my patience. I have notice that my car is pulling to the left, and my steering wheel is angle to the 1 o' clock position when the car is going straight. (12 o'clock being the steering wheel centered).

When the wheel is at the 12 o'clock position the pull to the left is extreme. To top it off I have heard groaning and metal sounds for the first time this morning (temp 25 degrees) and afternoon (29 degrees) when warming up the car and turning the wheel. (Car is in park). No sound when driving.

I had a mysterious flat on my front passenger side got it repaired. I'm mentioning it because I believed it happened when I hit one of NYC's Famous pothole doing 70mph on the Vanwick
I was thinking that hit could have messed up control, steering rods...etc anything that can get bent.

I had KYBs and Eibachs installed in August followed by and alignment.

Also the car's alignment has always been bothersome to maintain b/c of an accidental driving up onto a curb doing 15mph 3 years ago. I had it checked out and found no problems.

This pulling is Extreme and the car never did that before.

Should I get an alignment then if it's not right have it checked out?
Or have it checked out from the get go.
Thoughts?

P.S.
Having gotten one in August (5 months) I find it too soon to for another one.

Get your cars front end checked out and the alignment checked and reset. Post the specs here so we can see how well it's setup.

See if either ball joint is bent. It may track straight in the alignment, but not when the wheel is turned. The steering wheel can also go off 12 o'clock when the mechanic uses one side to adjust the tie rod bolts more then the other.

Another possibility is the right rear wheel. The hub/axel might be bent from that same pothole. Have a friend follow you and look to see if the rear of the car sways to the right.

As for strange noises in the cold weather. Lubrication at startup can be less then adaquate.

update:
I called jeff at Maxtuning and I'm bringing her in next Saturday. I'll just don't have a ride back to do it monday and got work. So I'm going to lay off her for the week and use my sisters truck.
I want to do it right the first time, so it's worth the wait.
Peace
