Lack of power after changing bad MAF sensor!

My CEL recently came on so I checked the code and the problems were fuel was to lean, MAF sensor, and knock sensor, but in the mean time my engine went into safety mode and it wouldn't rev up more than 2400 RPM's. So I figured that the knock sensor code came on because of the fuel being too lean and the fuel was too lean because of the MAF sensor being bad. So today i changed the MAF sensor but not the knock sensor because I don't really think it was bad I think the light came on to warn me about the fuel, then I cleared the codes off my computer. So I changed my MAF sensor and now my car has no pick-up at all! It just feels torque less, I bought the knock sensor from the dealer but am going to return it because I don't feel I need it. So my question is why is there still no power?
