Blue lights = rice and higher chance of getting pulled over by police.

the crystal clear diamond cut (no tint) ones will show off your little blue lights more... if that's what you like.

yeah, the clear ones (no tint) will show it most... I had that kind of bulbs in mine but switched to amber about 2 weeks ago.... Compared to amber . . . the blue ones look ricey.....

BTW: Here's a pic (day time) and you can even see the reflection of blue without them being turned on...

By blue I'll bet he means "hyper" white, which is basicly white and I like the way white lights look

Yeah, I made the mistake of buying a set of 3 dollar blue bulbs at Pepboys because I though they would give off a slight blue tint.

Nope, they were blue all the way. Kind of neat looking on a black car but I'm paranoid that they'll draw the 5 0's attention. I'll be replacing them soon.

Personally, I like the hyperwhites or ultra bright ambers on the side corners.

all I have to say is Rice is what the police look for. I just got a ticket for those bulbs. You can't have white light emitting from the turning signal light. It has to be either amber or red. Good luck putting them on and not getting pulled over.

What is the point of getting matching bulbs...those lights serve no real purpose other than costing you more money to buy more after one burns out. Doesn't make the front end look cool either..my opinion anyway. I will be getting sidemarkers installed on my car sometime soon so there wont be much use rewiring either..

I've never had any bulb burn out on my cars, besides headlights. Our sidemarkers CAN serve a purpose, you can rewire them 2 diff ways.

1 So that they are off except when you are turning, Wire them directly with the front bumper bulb

2 So that they are on with the running lights and ALSO blink alternating with the blinker, this is what I have. It makes it so that cars that are on our sides can see if we are trying to make a lane change or somthing, it's just safer and I think it looks cooler anyways.

EDIT: If anyone wants to rewire their blinkers heres how:
1 Remove the Blinker and side lights from the car.

2 CUT the ground from the sidemarker and reroute it so you can splice it to the (+) of the turn signal. If you don't cut it, all the current from the (+) of the turn signal will go to the uncut ground of the sidemarker = short circuit = blown fuse...

3 Test: when lights are off: Blinkers should go on at same time

when lights are on: Blinkers whould alternate when flashing.

4 Replace lights, and repeat on other side.

I agree, don't get the tinted bumper lenses if you want the light to show up more.
