What are all the parts of a suspension

Everyon always talks about KYB AGX suspension. is that the coil and the shock? can you buy them seperate were's a page that has a layout of a suspension setup?

KYB AGXs are adjustable shock absorbers..GR2s are non adjustable shock absorbers also from KYB.

you have the strut mounts, struts(shocks), dust boots, and springs.

get a Haynes Manual. It's very informative.
