Rear/right brake pad not letting go?

I got a rear brake job a few months ago (calipers, pads, rotors), and every once in a while since then, Ive been havign this problem: I use my parking brake, and then let it down and start going, only to feel that the brake is still clamped on. In fact, the last two times it happened, I drove about 2 miles (usually I would jiggle it a little and drive and it would fix itself) only to smell an intense smell of burning rubber. I get out of my car, and using the ol' offactory sense find that its coming from the back right wheel, and it's hot. Has anyone ever had any problems with this? It's ****ing the complete **** out of me......
