Question for you H.i.D. kit guys

I am maybe purchasing a hanabi 6000k hid blue kit from someone. it has one shattered bulb. Nad i would need a replacment. Would any 6000k hid bulb work or do i have to get the bulb made esecially for that kit.

I have been looking on the net and i cannot find one for ****. Can anyone help? I have already posted in sale and buyforum, but i want more options.

Any temperature bulb(4100k,5000k 6000k etc.) will work with the kit, however, try contacting Freddie(97GLES?) to see if he can find a 6k bulb for you, if not, it looks like you will have to buy two new bulbs altogether.

If you do decide to get new bulbs please stay away from cheap korean bulbs, try going with Philips Ultinions, best lighting investment you will make.

I was thinking of getting the 8000k myself, what color light do you see in person? and how much brighter is it vs stock lighting?

so far we $90 bulb is the cheapest. someone offered me 75 for one of theirs but he will not tell me to much about the bulb after repetitive questions.

The 8000k are a more bluish tone then the 6000k....

6000 is white with a hint of blue...

8000 is a lot more blue, but its not like blue like the Forum boards.... just blue tinted like you see on Audi or BMW

As far as output is concerned, its insane.... I can take a picture if somebody wants one

Yes take a picture, I just ordered the 6000k kit. Id rather have more output and more visibility, plus cops around here might not like the more blue light from the 8000k. Anyways, ill take pics of mine when i get it, and we'll see how much they differ.
