omg i'm really starting to hate it, I liked it for the first week but now its just getting to be too much with this -5F crap!!

The car is covered in %(@# and the wheel wells are full of more %#*#. My rims are getting pretty damn pitted from all the salt too. The subs sound like %#*(. Plus you have to drive like a grandma everywhere! I'm moving somewhere warm i've had enough!

My car has only been out a few times. Other than that it's in the garage. The first time it snowed I had some fun with the e-brake. I love drifting!

Mine is doing just fine and dandy. No starting trouble whatsoever. My viper remote start works great as well. As I get out of the shower I flip it on and by the time I'm all dressed and walking out the door it's close to fully warmed up.

re:

Well - Chicago winters are no joke , its been very cold lately
Car drives ok - but mornings are terrible
evertyhing is stiff and cold , I even put my stock SE springs back on
and ride is still choppy.

Stereo sounds bad too.
One thing that i have noticed that extra weight in the trunk ( tool box )
helps the rear KYB AGX maintain decent ride,
with empty trunk the rear was dancing all over the road even with KYB at 4

on the other thing is SALT !!!!

Incredible cold back east, I look at temperatures on weather.com and I can't believe it. Don't know how you guys stand it. If I want cold and snow, I'll drive to my townhouse in Tahoe, do some skiing then a little drinkin' and blackjack then go back home the next day. Oh, no problems with the cold, even up there and it can get to the single digits...

winter is fine... besides that curb i hit....

i fixed that by getting myself some snow tires. i hit it going 1mph... it was kinda funny actually. i live i a decent sized hill, and i was in first gear with the brakes on lightly, and notice my car starting moving to the right, so i tryed to go the otherway and hit the brakes harder, and it was all over... lol it was funny to look back up my street and see my tire tracks go from striaght to curve, to a hitting a curb. lol... oh well, no harm done... next time i shall pump my brakes!

It's ridiculous up here in NE - They say that its going to get BELOW -10 tonight. WHAT THE **** IS UP WITH THAT ****?!? Sorry, just some bottled up agression, with the car barely starting, an awful leak of SOMEthign due to the cold weather, awful stereo sound, and sticky squealy brakes

Hey Nick, that looks like my car right now

Cold sucks. I can't do much work on my baby. Did the ground wire mod few weeks ago when it was 40ish and warm out. Yesterday I had to remove a wheel to inspect my coilovers. Had to use a friggin hairdryer to warm up the lugs & bolts to get it off. Broke my cheapo Sears torque wrench too. Really need a garage heater.

Tell me about it....can anyone say COLDEST WINTER EVER....hehe.
Isn't -25 degrees the cutoff for anti-freeze in good condition? If so, I think some people are gunna havea problem
It's funny because outside in this temperature, exposed skin freezes in like 6 minutes. FREEZES .....time to get that robbery ski mask out

MOTHER****ING **** ****, one word of advice, even if you have access to an indoor garage, dont try polishing and waxing. I wanted to take away the dry feel to my paint, well now its a little cloudy in some spots and the wax didnt make a difference cause most of it froze. I hate the ****ing winter, **** it to hell.

I think im gonna find a place around ehre and pay them like $50 to do a complete hand wash, hand polish & wax to make my car more healthy, i cant do it myself till spring, and i want protection against the salt and snow. ****ity **** **** winter i hate it...

Thats why when it gets close to getting cold, mid December, take a day and wax the whole care. Gives it a good protection for the winter....if you dont have access to a warm garage and a good healthy warm wash then dont attempt to wax your car...

My max is taking it well in the heated garage, with her wheels off.

I drive a van in the winter and can't stand to see that salty either so I have an unlimited pass to the car wash. The max uses it in the summer.

Heh, I'll let you know in June/July :P I'm "enjoying" 30C-40C (83F-102F) summer weather at the moment

Luckily salt is not used on roads here in NZ (may even be banned I think), so don't have to worry about induced rusting during the snowy times

I almost got screwed over today cause we had a ton of snow the other day, and it's very cold, and the snow is just getting slushy around corners, and i kinda slid around this right turn i was making and this car was coming, and it stopped and skidded too, and we finally stopped, and our cars were just touching, but no real damage, i'm selling it real soon anyways so i don't care. but i'm gonna have a 4x4 next winter for sure, that will make life easier.

Nice Max i really like the stillen bodykit with those rims! i'm glad you've got a garage for yours. i park mine in the driveway but it's still covered by snow.

I love drifting too (too bad maxima isn't RWD) that's all i think about whn i see the snowflakes start to fall.

Hey hotmax97 were you at Caesar's bay (Bay pkwy) last night?
