Everytime I start my car I hear this brief humming noise coming from my engine. After driving approx 10 miles on the highway my TCS LIGHT come on while I am driving. The TCS OFF and the SLIP light both stay until I turn off the car. The same cycle has been going on for 3-4 days. When the TCS LIGHT isnt on, I know that the TCS is working.

 

any help would be appreciated.
