It happens when you turn the wheel all the way to the steering stop limit, you get a real loud squeel...otherwise nothing else happens. Is that normal or a problem? By the way i noticed that morning it was very cold and my steering felt like it was only "partially" power.

 

Prolly just cold as hell so the fluid was abit more viscous than normal. Mine takes a bit to get the the nice fluid steering I normally have.
