When my car is idling, especially when its in park or stopped in drive, it makes a quiet whistling noise in the car, not so much outside, mostly just in the car...

Also when i start there is a kinda loud screeching noise when i start, not REALLY loud but you can kinda hear it...

First off what the hell are they...and....

Are the noises related? How do i get rid of em?
