abs light went on

i hate snow!! this morning, after spending almost 10 min. stuck in a patch of ice spinning tires, braking, spinning tires some more, my abs light went on, so i thought to myself what does this mean.... hit the brakes and the wheels locked and i went sideways. Anyone know how i can get this light to go away??????

it'll go away by itself...don't worry...it happened to me last week. . . i didn't even notice when it went away. . . i think i drove a few miles and shut off the car, went to the store, started the car and it was off..

it should reset after you turn the car off.. happened to me in the snow also i think the ice gets in between the sensor causing it to come on.
its been about a year since it happened and it never came back on.

yeah it happends to me when I go drifting on snow, when I have my handbrake up and step on the brakes, and slide for a long time it turns on. But it turns off right after you shut off the car and start it up again.
