Let's try this again........

For that much money, you should have had BRAND NEW housings. If I were you, I'd ask him to pay for a new set of housings and if he doesn't pay up, take him to small claims court.

Stop waiting for Indigo to reply and get a suet going against him.

He had pics of some completed retrofits on some non-US cars, pics of some RHD beam patterns, pics of him holding a HID projector, etc. who knows what you were going to get from him.
I have two or three posts asking for this when he first came on the scene. Show me what you are actually selling, not what's in your car. He refused to photograph the ACTUAL UNIT being sold, so I backed off. Where the hell is he anyway? His "factory in Mexico" must be churning these things out...

I thought he said when he was going to make the projectors, he was going "recycle" peoples housings

ie if i gave mine 1st he would give me his already made and if you sent your housing he would use my housing and send you that..and so on

The fact he cant speak english properly doesnt mean hes not a good craftsman. Someone had to be the guinea pig and now we know.....

edit:if your housings are as bad as u say they are, he probably got them from a salvage yard to get more profit from ya

Guys I live a hours drive away from Indigos city, Mcallen. I live in Brownsville, and I travel alot to Mcallen on business. If you guys want, I can try and find out where he lives, and if he's there etc... Give you any info you want, that I can get, if he moved to Mexico which is a possiablity he was waiting to scam everyone buy getting money from people, in the US and taking off to mexico. Then dam, I know Reynosa pretty well and other parts of the border. It only like a 5min drive to Mexico from where live. Just trying to help, and sorry about being burned. I tried getting a hold of him, so I could meet with him in person and talk about maximas and see his project first hand, but he never emailed, even when I wrote to him in spanish. Oh well

If you want to be a true gangsta and pizz him off, be the high bidder to his item on ebay, and then never pay, and keep on outbidding everyone, everytime he lists items, that way his merchandise never sells! lol. I am pretty sure by doing that, you will get in contact with him real quick, trust me. Sometimes to win you gotta fight back dirty, go get him where it counts, or hurts for that matter.

yeah, but if i do that, ebay will get mad at me. I'm still not ready to go ape on him yet.

I emailed him through ebay, and he said he wasn't able to get onto the org, so i'll give it another day or 2.

Hey, if you used Paypal you can have them fight for you. Thats how people get scammed all the time. What paypal does is once they hear your story, they take back the funds from his account and put it back into yours. Most people who scam others claim they never recieved the product and voila...they get their money back...TRUST ME on this, they will fight for you, especially over $500

Let's keep the "Let's go to his house and kick his a$$, seabass!" and the eBay vigilantism comments to a minimum, ok?

He hasn't shown pics of how bad his came out. The pics in this thread are indigo's personal ones, and the one's he sold Mad Max looked nothing like these...

Yeah, just saw that. They don't look too bad, but the passenger light looks kinda funky. Do the scratches do anything to the beam pattern?

Not really. the beam pattern is fine. Like i've said all along, the light output is great, but if you go up close to look at them, you see all the blemishes. It's hard to tell, because cardomain shrunk the pics, but the passenger side has a series of little "pits" on the inside of the lights.

I haven't read most of this thread, but was the problem with the projector/bulb etc.. or more so with the way it was installed to the light housing. If it was just the way it was install with the house then his ebay auctions might not be bad, since all he sold was the projector housing, the ballasts and bulbs. Just a thought, in any even its been about a month, how are they treating you now? Still installed or have any other problems etc?

Sorry to hear about what happened man..

People like Indigomax is making it hard for honest people who do honest businesses. I can't believe he ripped off other Maxima enthusiasts on a Maxima club forum...Now it's gonna be even more difficult for me to sell the bodykits...-_-

This is you Indigomax-->

Mmmaxx - The lights are treating me fine. still like them, but i have a few ideas still, and i may buy some cefiero's and retrofit those with the projectors...that's still a ways down the road though.
