Okay dealership said this is whats wrong...Needs a Vent Controlcalve & A Vac Sensor. Does anyone know how hard these things are to replace and where I can find them without the dealership fixing it? Im trying to save some money because my dad could do it if someone told him how. Need help if someone know anything

The vent control valve is behind the left rear wheel. I'm not certain on where that sensor is, and the valve is normally what fails or gets plugged up because of it's location on the car. Replace or clean up that valve, clear the error and then see if you get a CEL with a code for that sensor again. If so, then replace that as well.
You might want to see for yourself if that code really pertains to what the dealer told you. Your dad can retrieve the codes himself. Just follow the instructions from this link: http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/ecudecoder.html .
