I didnt put it in my car. I know nothing about welding. An exhaust shop did. Just go ask around at some exhaust shops. Almost any shop will put in dual exhaust. Find a decent one. I bought the setup used from thebigsadler, but I still had to replace some of the pipes. My shop had it all done in an hour. They do this stuff all the time.

Youll have to tell them that its all right to pound in the rear spare wheel well, I did that myself.

All in all, I cant really give you instructions.

1. Buy two mufflers
2. Go to a reputable exhaust shop
3. Ask them to create a custom exhaust from the catback, that splits after the rear axle

Most shops will look under your car for free to tell you what theyd do or for you to explain.

i'd still need to get a pic of where the pipes meet if its possible. i wanna make sure i do it right. seeing as though this setup was on sadlers car and now yours without any problems or anything, then i'd like it done just like this one. so if you ever in future can take that picture for me i'd great appriciate it! do you get any rattling or knocking noise formthe piping when going over a bump or turning? where were the hangers installed?thanks.

No Rattling whatsover.

Ill try to get a picture when it warms up outside.

passenger side hangers were installed where the syock ones were
drivers side had to be hung on the bumber reinforcment.

The pics dont show, but the drivers side hangs low.

the video where im driving away from the camera, there is a part where it is raspy, a deep raspy, but still raspy. This spring im going to make some new videos, when my clutch works and i have another resonator.

All that snow was from only one day. 27"

So overall is a dual exhaust setup worth it?

Yes. Although it has the same gains as a single, if not even slightly less (~2hp), and the same sound, you just cant beat the looks of the duals. very custom to a 4th gen Maxima.

the only purpose is looks it weighs more, and doesnt give any more power over singles (unless you do an individual set of piping off of each side of of the headers, then you might see minimal gains. that is primarily used in engines that arent set transversly, so more for FR cars)
