A setting of around 3/6 shouldn't feel too bad, but yes the Sprints are stiff and that can be quite a harsh ride.

Does the ride feel bouncy? If so you shocks might be getting weak, AGXs, GR-2s, and Blues are known for getting soft over time. This can be solved by going either with Tokico Illuminas or Koni Sports.

If it just feels stiff and not bouncy, then you might just be yearning for a softer suspension. H&Rs would probably be a good bet in that situation.

Either way, a softer spring will never be as low as Sprints, you'll have to get use to that. You can't have a low drop and have it be comfortable, its just not possible (except possibly with JIC FLT-A2s)

But if you want to research more into what you're looking for, a good place is:

It's the AGX's causing your harsh ride. Sprint/AGX is as low and tight as it gets. What did you expect from that setup, a caddy like ride?

Get yourself a set of H&R's or Eibachs and couple them with Tokico Illuminas. Your car will ride awsome, I guarantee that!
